Cleaning of Satin White glass and cleaning of glass after the application of a finishing product
In this video, we will demonstrate « how to clean satin white glass » and « how to clean glass after you have painted or stained and removed the plastic film » in an easy and efficient way.
Satin White glass requires particular care due to its manufacturing process. When you remove the plastic protection from the glass, clear streaks may appear. These streaks must be cleaned as follows :
- First, clean the glass by scrubbing it with lacquer thinner, as paint thinner is not effective. Avoid any contact with the wood moulding.
- Let dry to be sure that stains have completely disappeared.
- If so, finish with glass cleaner or repeat these steps until the streaks disappear.
