Installation of a bifold door
In this video, we will demonstrate « how to install a bifold door » in an easy and efficient way.
Before starting the installation of a bifold door, make sure the dimensions of the finished opening correspond to the door size. The actual dimension of bifold doors is always ½’’ smaller in width than the stated size to accommodate the necessary clearance for proper operation of doors.
Bifold doors must be 1-1/2’’ shorter in height than the finished opening. This space is necessary for both the opening clearance and installation of hardware (rail and pivot hinges).
